Flat Rate Shipping

Elio's Foot Comfort offers $15.00 flat rate shipping for all orders within Canada. Free curbside pick-up at our Thorold, ON store is also available. 

Returns and Exchanges

Un-worn footwear may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery or pick-up. 

Footwear must be un-worn, in it's original packaging, and deemed re-sellable by an Elio's staff member in order to be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please Contact Us to start the return or exchange process. 

For hygienic reasons, all braces, compression socks and diabetic socks are final sale.  All sales items are also final sale.
